How do I get my Transfer Deed
verified?
Fill in the Transfer Deed, as per the
instructions given thereon, and send the same to
the Company’s Registrar for verification.
Subject to your signature on the Transfer Deed
being in conformity with the record available
with the Company’s Registrar, the Company’s
Registrar will verify your signature and return
the Transfer Deed to you. |

How do I transfer my shares?
For Physical Scrips:
>>>
The
verified Transfer Deed will have to be filled in
by the prospective Buyer as per the instructions
given in the Transfer Deed;
>>>
Affix
requisite share transfer stamps on the verified
Transfer Deed;
>>>
Lodge
the verified Transfer Deed and its corresponding
Share Scrip (both in original) alongwith a copy
of the Buyer’s National Identity Card to the
Company’s Registrar for transfer;
>>>
The
Company’s Registrar will arrange transfer of the
shares with the Company and thereafter return
the share scrip transferred in the Buyer’s name,
subject to all documents being in order.
For Electronic Transfers onto the CDC:
>>>
Deposit
the original share scrip and verified Transfer
Deed to a Member Stock Exchange;
>>>
The Member Stock Exchange will enter the
transaction details into the CDC system and will
send deposit request along with the verified
Transfer Deed and share scrip to the Company;
>>>
The company will verify and approve the
transaction, subject to the documents being in
order;
>>>
Your share scrip will be cancelled and withheld
by the Company. After approval, your shares can
be transacted electronically on the Central
Depository System of the CDC. |

I have
lost my shares ! What do I do?
>>>
If you have lost your share
scrip(s) immediately inform the Company’s
Registrar for “Caution” mark. The Company’s
Registrar will mark “Caution” subject to
verification of records available with it and to
the shares not already having been duly
transferred.
>>>
Thereafter the Company’s
Registrar will instruct you on proceeding
further in the matter. This would include, an
Indemnity addressed to the Company (on a format
approved by the Company) on a non-judicial stamp
paper of requisite value; and placing of
advertisements in newspapers (English and Urdu)
in respect of the shares lost.
>>>
Following completion of the
above stated formalities, the Company’s
Registrar will intimate information of the lost
shares to all the Stock Exchanges; and the Stock
Exchanges will publish details of the lost
shares in their daily bulletins.
>>>
Duplicate share scrip(s)
will be issued in place of the lost share
scrip(s) in case no objection on the issuance of
the same is received within twenty one (21) days
from any of the Stock Exchanges or any other
claimant. |

I have
lost/not received my dividend warrant !
What do I do?
>>>
If you have lost/not received your dividend
warrant, you need to contact the Company’s
Registrar.
>>>
Submit to the Company’s Registrar, an
Indemnity addressed to the Company (on a format
approved by the Company) on a non-judicial stamp
paper of requisite value.
>>>
The Company will instruct its bank with whom
the dividend account is being maintained to stop
payment on the lost/not received dividend
warrant; and subject to the bank confirming in
the affirmative, a duplicate dividend warrant
will be issued. |

I could not deposit my dividend
warrant into my account within six months of the
Issue Date specified on the dividend warrant!
How do I get my dividend warrant en-cashed?
If you could not deposit your dividend warrant
into your bank account within the stipulated
time, please submit an application alongwith the
original dividend warrant to the Company’s
Registrar for validation. The Company’s
Registrar will authenticate the dividend warrant
by verifying from its record. |

requisite value) to the CDC (though your
Broker/Participant, as applicable).
Note:
The Declaration will be accepted subject to the
same being in conformity with the provisions of
the law (pertaining to Zakat) for the time being
in force. |
