Dispatch of Interim Cash Dividend Warrants

We are pleased to announce that the divided warrants in respect of interim cash dividend at Rs. 3.00 per share, that is 30% for the year ended June 30, 2011 have been dispatched to the entitled shareholders at their registered addresses by registered post. The date of completion of dispatches was April 8, 2011.
